STEP 1 – SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION AT UNIVERSITY DORMITORIES

Acceptance of applications for an accommodation place for the academic year 2026/2027 will start on 7. 7. 2026.

Acceptance of applications for the same accommodation place (higher year) will end on 4. August 2026. If the accommodation capacity is full, SKM will inform students on the website of SKM UJEP.

STEP 2 – PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT

Payment of the deposit is possible from 7. July 2026.
For requests for the same accommodation, the deposit must be paid by August 7, 2026, at the latest.
Bank account number for the deposit payment: 158004554/0300 (ČSOB a.s. BANK)
Variable symbol for the deposit payment: applicant’s birth number (10 digits without slash)
The deposit is set at CZK 5,000 (CZK 2,000 refundable deposit + CZK 3,000 part of the accomodation fee) and is paid by cashless transfer to the account.
IMPORTANT NOTE: A payment with an incorrect or missing variable symbol cannot be identified. Such a payment will not be recorded and will be returned to the payer’s account!
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Payment of the deposit will not be made by collection.
The deposit must always be paid by transfer to the SKM UJEP account.
The first collection payment of dormitory fees will be made in the month of October 2026.

STEP 3 – ALLOCATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION PLACE

On August 10, 2026, SKM UJEP will start allocating accommodation places according to the requirements of applicants and according to the status of advance payments.
Accommodation will be allocated to all applicants no later than September 18, 2026.
Students entering accommodation shall arrive with a printed accommodation contract directly at the warehouse of the relevant dormitory, on the day specified in the accommodation contract. They will be processed exclusively during the office hours of the SKM UJEP accommodation office.
The accommodation contract will be available from 21. September 2026 on the SKM UJEP website after logging into the relevant section via the “PRINT” button.
Students entering accommodation after 24. September 2026 will come to the SKM UJEP accommodation office during office hours, where they can pay a deposit in cash or by credit card and an accommodation contract will be printed for them.

ACCOMMODATION NOT MADE – DEPOSIT REFUND

In the case of non-accommodation, the student must request a refund of the deposit by e-mail sent to: ubytovani@ujep.cz

Until September 20, 2026, cancellation of accommodation is free of charge.
From September 21, 2026, a cancellation fee of CZK 2,000 will be charged for canceling the booked accommodation!
