Reporting Defects

When taking up accommodation, each student will receive a handover report in which he will write down all detected defects or damage to the inventory of his accommodation. The handover report will be submitted in the warehouse of the relevant dormitory within 5 working days. When checking out from accommodation, the student’s place of accommodation is checked according to this protocol. Damage to SKM property not recorded in the protocol at the beginning of the accommodation will be considered as damage during the student’s accommodation and the appropriate amount will be deducted from the damage deposit according to the SKM damage price list.
